This volume is mainly composed of training records of Shito-ryu Karatedo and Higaonna-Kei "Saifa". The Nippon Karate DO Kai holds a Shito-ryu technical workshop for stepped people at the Sakai City Ohama Budokan once a month from February to October every year.
