Here we are again with a video of GYM AT HOME! This time however, we will run and train ... at the bottom of the sea! Children need physical activity, to release their energy and let loose. In a period in which we are forced to stay at home to defeat together this virus so difficult to explain to children, the Coronavirus, we mothers and fathers often ask ourselves what to make our little ones do. The web is full of ideas of jobs and constructive and didactic activities, very useful. But all children also need exercise and sport. An aerobics or dance class for adults is difficult for them to follow. This is why I studied a project designed specifically for all children who want to run and have fun. Each video is a real gymnastics lesson, which you can propose to your children: it begins with awakening all the joints, repeating the name of the parts of the body, the fingers of the hands, the wrists, the knees, the ankles and the neck. Then we start to march! We run, to escape from sharks. We jump to avoid the rocks. They train the leg muscles to walk like a crab, and the arms to imitate the octopus and the seagull. You swim breaststroke and backstroke, bending well on your legs, with a seabed in the background that will give us the feeling ... of really being underwater!
