Hello all of you.
Today I would like to share with you how to make vietnamese steamed pork buns with all-purpose flour. The easiest pork bun to make is when you buy pre-made dough packages, but I prefer to make my own dough because I will feel more secure with the ingredients that I know well. After lots of research and experiments, I feel very satisfied with the recipe that I share with you here. The finished pork buns are very fragrant, soft, smooth, not dry and quite white because of the combination of yogurt and coconut oil. However, it is not as white as buying pre-made powder because it has been bleached. (My video was shot under warm/yellow light, so the color is not as white as it actually is).
There are many types of fillings, depending on the taste of each person. Here I share how to make the filling that suits the taste of my family best. It's also very delicious, because the meat has a perfect biting-texture and it's not dry at all. In addition, the combination of taro makes the filling very special.
I wish you success and if you are satisfied with my recipe, please subscribe to the channel to support me.
