Today I'll be making stuffed bread rolls. Fresh, tasty rolls, with a generous, delicious core of goat cheese, chorizo and sun-dried tomatoes. Perfect as an accompaniment to soup or light meals. If you're not a fan of the stuffing it's super easy to customise it to your preferences!
