Recipe:

Butter cookie:
150g Soft Butter (room temp)
65g granulated Sugar
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
160g Baking or All purpose unbleached flour
1/2 tsp salt

Filling:
Seedless Raspberry Jam
or any jam you desire as long as its seedless

Each cookie dough weighed 12-13g
Cook @ 350 C for 12-13 mins
let it cool before touching as it is pretty soft and hardens as it cools
