Swiss Train Across the Alps! Milan – Zurich… First Class with SBB

In this video, we get on board a journey with the Swiss Federal Railways on one of their trans-Alpine trains between Milano Centrale and Zurich Hauptbhanhof. Spoiler alert, this would be one of the most scenic train rides I have ever been on and it was worth every cent. Anything from Milan northwards towards the Alps is one stunning lakeside town after another, followed by the absolutely picturesque snow-covered Alps and its hidden villages in ravines, and finally one tranquil lake after another before our arrival into Zurich.

You’ll see the truly proper and almost formal air because it is after all, the Swiss. So there is this unspoken need to behave yourself and not talk too loudly. Come along with me to see what this wonderful train journey is all about.
