You may have tried egg bhurji, paneer bhurji, but this besan ki bhurji is a unique recipe!
There are many ways in which you can do a basin Ki sabji, but this besan Ki bhurji is a unique recipe that will be loved by all.
To make this besan Ki barfi, all you need is besan and your regular spices with some onion and tomatoes, which we generally have at home.
This besan ki sabji is a very quick recipe that can be done in just 10 minutes, Is easy to do and quite delicious too.

Recipe :
Besan ki Bhurji
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 3-4

Ingredients:
1 cup besan
2 onions
3 tomatoes
1” ginger
3-4 green chilies
5-6 garlic cloves
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
¼ tsp carom seeds
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp kasuri methi
3 tbsp oil

Method:
Finely chop the onions and the tomatoes.
Pound the ginger, garlic, green chilies to a coarse paste with a pinch of salt.
Sift the besan. Add the carom seeds, ½ tsp salt and make a thick batter of dropping consistency.
Heat the oil in a pan. Add 1 tsp cumin seeds and the chopped onions and sauté till golden.
Add the crushed ginger garlic chilli paste. Sauté till fragrant.
Add the powdered spices and mix well. Add the chopped tomatoes. Cook till the tomatoes are pulpy. Sauté the tomatoes till all the moisture evaporates.
Add One Cup water and bring the mixture to a boil.
Using a perforated ladle, Drop the besan mixture into the gravy.
Cook for a minute and then push the cooked besan aside and drop in more besan till all the basin is added to the gravy. Cover and cook the gravy for 3 to 4 minutes or till the besan is completely cooked.
Add kasuri methi, salt to taste and the garam masala. Add the coriander leaves mix well. Serve hot.
