Charlie’s Creek at Tallulah river, (a.k.a. Persimmon Rd.) is a fun trail with a wide river crossing at the beginning of the trail. It has been recently graded so it is a very tame route. When combined with a trip to Bell Mountain, it makes for a nice ride in the Hiawassee, Georgia area. Do not go off the main road as you will end up on private property or illegal forest service route and you will get a ticket. Also, please take care to TreadLightly when it comes to crossing the creek.
