This is the 18th song in the second part of the soundtrack titled "壊す 穿つ 貫く" which roughly translates to Destroy, Hit, and Pierce, but I've played around with the translation to make it sound cooler.
A snippet of this plays in episode 10 when Strength's buggy shows up. The reason why I didn't use footage from that episode in the video is that I thought this played in the battle for the Iron Ocean, but when I realized I mistook the songs it was already too late (lol).
