I’m chatting all about the things I am self conscious about to help anyone out there who may be struggling with confidence issues. I struggled a lot to come to terms with the way my “disabled” body looked. And was very self concious. I found it very difficult growing up and going swimming. I hope that in this video I can give you some advice to help you overcome these feelings you may have, so you can feel a little more comfortable too.

After suffering my spinal cord injury i have really had to adapt in life. So Im sowing you my disability lifestyle to raise disability awareness. as a disabled woman and a woman in a wheelchair who is paralysed, I thought it would be interesting for you to see, and hopefully give you some inspiration and motivation so that you can live more independently. wether you are paraplegic or quadriplegic i hope that i can help you.
