Its so easy to feel overwhelmed & burn-out during uncertain/tough times. No-one likes to talk about their insecurities or fears which can sometimes bring about a feeling of helplessness.
Having gone through it myself, i wanted to share some of things that ive incorporated in my routine which have greatly helped me and i share them with you in this video (im not a doctor or any mental health expert, so these tips should only be taken as self-help tips)
