A day and night VLOG from street 172 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. It's been a while since I visited Cambodia, and many changes are taking place right now. 2 night videos from this day are coming soon...

The parts of this video include:

0:04 Phnom Penh establishing shot
0:12 Dynsey Boutique hotel, construction happening nearby
2:03 Heading out for a late lunch
2:36 The Big Easy hostel, they had to leave Sihanoukville due to the Chinese taking over
2:58 Any takers for an 18 bed dorm room? Only $5... :)
3:33 The Big Easy breakfast
5:04 Cigarettes and alcohol, the staple of many a Cambodian expat
5:55 60 mins well spent at the Aroha Spa
7:20 Street art
7:50 Afternoon montage
9:07 Monks chanting for the funeral nearby, set to random pics
9:46 Heading out for some early evening beers & food
10:42 Old fashioned dresses for many of the ladies in the bars [thumbnail moment]
10:51 A visit to the Sundance Inn bar, a superb cheeseburger but unfortunately a couple of dodgy characters inside
11:56 A broken gimbal
12:07 9pm heading out for the evening
13:01 Red Fox 2 bar, always has customers
13:30 $0.50 beer at White River 1
14:28 Space Weevil, I mean wrapped chicken breast at Dolce Vita
16:27 Outro

Additional comments:

Cambodia is changing so fast right now. Sihanoukville has been ruined by Chinese casinos and it looks like Phnom Penh might start going the same way.

If you want to enjoy Phnom Penh as it is now do so quickly, as I expect in the near future there will be big changes and prices for everything will go up sharply.
