One thing I forgot to explain about the starter types 1 & 2 was that with the air dash up back xx Fly, you actually aren't just manually doing that. If you buffer the air dash as the TAC starts you get that frame one, and then with some leniency however soon after than you input Fly you always dash the same length (unless you're quite slow). It's like there's a minimum travel distance for the dash before flight can cancel it. That's why using it for spacing purposes works.
