For the first time in the history of Himachal Pradesh, employees did not receive their salaries on September 1, 2024, and pensioners did not receive their pensions either. In October, employees did receive their salaries on October 1, but pensioners are scheduled to receive their pensions on October 9. This has led to dissatisfaction among the pensioner community towards the government. Regardless of the reasons, the current state of the province has created a sense of concern among the youth.

हिमाचल प्रदेश में आर्थिक हालत ठीक नहीं है, मुख्यमंत्री सुखविंदर सिंह सुक्खू और कांग्रेस के मंत्री और नेता कई मंचों से यह बात कह चुके है. वहीं, हिमाचल प्रदेश के इतिहास में पहली बार सितंबर 2024 में 1 सितंबर को कर्मचारियों को सैलरी और पेंशनरों को पेंशन नहीं मिली. अक्टूबर माह में कर्मचारियों को सैलरी तो 1 अक्टूबर को मिल गई, लेकिन पेंशनरों को पेंशन 9 अक्टूबर को दी जानी है. इससे पेंशनर वर्ग भी सरकार से नाराज़ चल रहा है. खैर, कारण कुछ भी हो, लेकिन प्रदेश की इस दशा को देख कर युवाओं में एक चिंता का माहौल पैदा हो चुका है.
