Goryos are normal-speed ghosts They never change ghost room. The only way to identify it is to look at the D.O.T.S (Detector Of The Supernatural) via cameras. They'll never show up without using a camera. You can use the truck's CCTV. But however i prefer by holding camera.
On limited evidence (Nightmare/Insanity mode) a Goryo will always have the D.O.T.S. Projector as one of its evidence types.
