2. Turmeric powder 2 tsp
3. Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
4. Salt 2 tsp or as per taste
5. Fennel seeds 1.25 tsp
6. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
7. Fuengreek seeds 1/2 tsp
8. Caraway seeds 1/3 tsp
9. Nigella seeds 1/4 tsp
10. Kashmiri chilli 1.5 tsp
11/ Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
12. Red chilli 2/3 tsp
13. Yellow mustard deeds 1/2 tsp
14. Mustard oil 100ml
