No edits on this one, short and sweet like the onions 😉 Already twice the harvest of '22 and plenty more to pull.
Despite their rough start with the daily winds March up to first of May, they were finally able to take hold and produce. Can't count those chickens yet, they still need to cure a few weeks to see if they'll hold up for storage.
Oooh can't wait!! I'm already seeing jars of French Onion Soup and Balsamic Onion Jam in my future. Pickled Red Onions, and onions on my pizza, dehydrated onion powder. So many things to do
