Come bake my simplified artisan sourdough with me! This is the recipe for February's theme of artisan bread in the 52 weeks of sourdough challenge! Don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe!
Bread Recipe: (2 loaves)
- 750g filtered water
- 250g active leaven
-1000g bread flour
- 20g fine sea salt
Baking Instructions:
- preheat oven with Dutch oven inside to 500 F for 30min to an hour
- bake loaf at 500 F for 23min with the lid on
- bake for 10-20 min with the lid off
