What do you get for your money with apartments in Thao Dien, Ho Chi Minh city?

After viewing 7 apartment options in Part 1, we check out 8 more apartments today, sharing their locations and prices. We were looking for a 2 bedroom apartment as we need an office space to work, fully furnished with full kitchen, separate living room, short term contract available and preferably with outdoor space. Although prices are down due to COVID, we found most apartments were still in the $600-700 range for what we were looking for.
Sick of apartment hunting, we chose our favourite, went back again to check the appliances, wifi and general condition again before we put out deposit down.
