This day was Iverson 1 and Echo's Graduation Day. The fire was reported during the graduation ceremony, Alpha was checking on group chats for the status of the fire. When it was raised to 2nd Alarm we immediately responded after the ceremony. When we arrived we sized up the situation if we still needed to lay an attack line. After sizing up the situation, we didn't need to lay an attack line due to lack of water and too many fire brigades had laid their attack line.
