Ecovacs Deboot Ozmo 930 temizlik robotoumuz ile yaklaşık 9 ay süren tecrübemizden çok memnunduk geçen aya kadar. Birden bire odanın ortasında kaldı ve şarj ünitesine koyduğumda da şarj etmedi. Sürekli resetlemeye çalışıyor kendini. Ecovacs Türkiye'de destek vermediği için çözüm bulamadım! Bu konuda tecrübesi olan ve çözümünü bilen varsa yardımını bekliyorum. 🙏

After 9 months, our robot has been out of order. I tried to charge it at the station but it continuously tries to reset itself and does not recharge. İf there is someone who can advise solıtion we appreciate 🙏
