Hello all,

Despite being the largest lake in the June Lake Loop, it's easy to overlook Grant Lake. The 1,100 acre lake is more than 3 miles long which allows plenty of room for all kinds of activities even on the busiest days.

Grant Lake is an outdoorsman's dream. The lake boasts abundant fishing, camping, waterskiing and paddle boarding. Also remember, the lake acts as a water supply, water levels can vary dramatically throughout the year.

Location & Information:
Grant Lake is located off California State Route 158, on the eastern slope of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. From Mammoth Lakes, head north on US-395 for 14miles, then exit CA-158 N/June Lake Loop, and follow until you reach Grant Lake.

Hope all this info helps. You can leave a comment down below for any questions.

Happy Exploring! (LEAVE NO TRACE)
