Ingredients:
• 4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
• 1/2 Block of Cream Cheese
• 1/2 Cup of Shredded Cheese
• 2 Jalapeños
• Bacon
• Heath Riles BBQ Sweet BBQ Rub
• Heath Riles BBQ Sweet BBQ Sauce

Directions:
1. Filet chicken breasts and hammer flat
2. Mix together 1/2 block of cream cheese and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese in a bowl.
3. Cut 2 jalapeños in half and spread cheese mixture in each half of the jalapeños.
4. Roll cheese and jalapeños in your chicken. Season with Heath Riles BBQ Sweet BBQ Rub.
5. Wrap in bacon and season with Heath Riles BBQ Chicken and Sweet BBQ Rubs.
6. Place chicken bombs on metal cooking rack and place on your smoker at 350º. Cook until internal temp of chicken reaches 170º.
7. Baste with Heath Riles BBQ Sweet BBQ Sauce during the last 15 minutes of the cooking process. We had a total cook time for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
