Meanwhile, Akram, a dedicated and hardworking nomadic woman, saw the broom seller’s truck passing by and hurried to buy a few brooms. After the purchase, she, along with her daughters, Marzieh and Fatemeh, began tidying up their nomadic home. This simple act of cleaning reflects the deep-rooted values of nomadic culture, where maintaining the household is a shared responsibility, and everyone plays their part. It also highlights the blend of traditional and rural life that is central to the daily routine of nomadic families in the Zagros.
