Assalamualaikum.. how are you, I hope you are healthy wherever you are.
This video is about planting, harvesting sacha inchi beans, and pulling out spinach that failed to harvest.

Sacha inchi is a type of bean that has not been widely cultivated by the people of Indonesia. However, in fact, Sacha Inchi is very rich in fatty acids such as omega 3, omega 6, and omega 9 which are very beneficial for children's intelligence. In addition, inchi beans have a relatively high economic value

Sacha inchi (Plukenetia volubilis) is known as inka beans or mountain beans, namely beans that come from the Amazon tropical forest. However, currently these beans have been cultivated in China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, and recently in Indonesia. Morphologically, sacha inchi fruit has a star shape, where one star can store between 4 - 5 seeds. Young fruit is green while old fruit is blackish brown.

Various parts of this plant can be utilized. The leaves contain antioxidants and can be eaten as vegetables or processed into tea. The seeds of the fruit contain unsaturated fatty acids with omega 3 levels reaching 47-51%, and omega 6 reaching 34-37%, compared to olive oil which has only 1% omega 3 and 9% Omega 9.

In addition to the leaves and seeds, the oil extracted from sacha inchi seeds has various benefits for cosmetics as a moisturizer and skin brightener.

In addition, Sacha Inchi oil also has various health benefits such as lowering cholesterol and uric acid, increasing intelligence, can reduce the risk of heart swelling, the risk of stroke, reduce tumor activity, knee arthritis, improve vision (cataracts), and reduce tingling.
