800gm mutton (with bones, cut into medium pieces)

2 large onions (slices)

4-5 green chilies (slit)

1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste

1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon roasted cumin coriander powder

1 teaspoon garam masala

Salt (to taste)

2 tablespoon flour

½ cup oil or ghee

Fresh coriander leaves (chopped, for garnish)

Fresh ginger slices (for garnish)
