Till this date I am not able to accept that you are gone. I am thankful that we shared the same womb of our mom, I am thankful God blessed me with a younger brother like you. But then he took you too soon from us. It just doesn’t seem fair to me. But, then I look around at all the lives you touched. I look around at all the people who were impacted by you in your short period of time. I see your friends and family missing your presence because you were one gem of a person.
Even though I can’t see you, I know you’re walking with me on this journey we call life. While this is the tragedy to have lost you, I’m grateful for the time we did have.
I have been trying to cope with the holes in my heart that you left when you left this world. I hope that wherever you are, you are listening to the song I wrote for you. Every word in this song is coming straight from my heart. If only I can tell you in person how much I miss your presence.
