This is a crash course of Endmyopia and how to improve your vision. The important stuff is ALL HERE. Discord:   / discord

I don't support Endmyopia, as ran by Jake Steiner, anymore:    • Why I no longer support Endmyopia

Mistakes:
There's a mistake at 11:39. The formula of 100/cm = diopters is for calculating your level of myopia, not the amount you should reduce by. So say you measure 16.1cm. 100/16.1 = 6.211. Round that to a 0.25 interval, which is 6.25. Then subtract from this number to get your differentials, so reduce by between 1 or 2 diopters. If you reduce by 1 diopters, you will be undercorrected by 1. Rearranging the equation 100/cm = diopters to 100/diopters = cm, at undercorrection of 1 you will have a blur horizon of 100cm. Likewise a reduction of 2 diopters will give you a blur horizon of 50cm, 2.75 diopters 36cm etc. You want a blur horizon that lets you see just far enough to your screen where you are still comfortable.

Details people have asked about:

Q: Astigmatism for differentials?
A: If you have below -1 CYL in an eye, you should consider getting rid of CYL correction for both differentials and normalized in that eye. Otherwise, just reduce CYL in line with your normalized over time, and just heavily reduce the SPH for differentials.

Q: After correcting ciliary spasm, do you measure yourself to know your new myopia or go to the optometrist?
A: Either will work. There may be a bit of trial and error getting to a good normalized correction, but once you're in the swing of it you can consistently go down and you won't question where your eyes are again. Self measuring isn't innaccurate when done properly, that's what I would do.

Q: Does the formula for calculating differentials work for even closer objects, like a book?
A: Yes.

There are finer details that have been left out, especially how to find Active Focus. You are encouraged you use more resources than just this video.
