Hi folks, in this before and after video, we share photos of what our factory used to look like before we started our lean transformation. We showcase the transformation of our factory through lean manufacturing principles like 3S (sweep, sort, and standardize) and one-piece flow. From cluttered workspaces and excess inventory to streamlined operations and ergonomic setups, see how we optimized efficiency and cleanliness while reducing waste. There is still plenty of room for improvement, but it is a worthwhile practice to pause and celebrate what our team has achieved so far on our continuous improvement journey.
