This toning segment with free weights is definitely the toughest one we've done!!!! Amazing choreography by Katie Elizabeth. Grab SMALL weights 2-3lbs max or if you don't have weights handy - grab 2 water bottles. Also, if this gets really intense feel free to drop your weights and go without them. Get ready to SWEAT!!!
