Intention & tools

My intention for this ASMR Reiki Healing Energywork Session is to aid us in releasing and renewing our energetic body. Allowing us to ground in our truest being, enabling us to take this moment to simply be, bringing those energies around us into our energetic body, rejuvenating our energetic field.

Breathwork: Inhalation: Bringing in rejuvenating healing energies. Exhalation: Releasing those energies that no longer serve.

Purification & Protection Oil: To help remove any energetic debris, any energeis that are no longer serving. Removing any energy cords/attachments that are draining our being.

Hand movements: Brushing and combing our energetic body removing any energies that are no longer serving. Plucking out any ingrained/tethered energies.

White Argonite Claw: To comb through our energetic body removing those energies that are no longer serving. Grounding our energies that are serving us while removing those that no longer serve.

Acorn: To draw in our Reiki Symbols.

Hand movements: Calling in the natural energies around us to rejuvenate and heal our energetic body.

Golden Healer Quartz: To replenish our energetic body. Aiding us in our balance and alignment, strengthening us in our individual energies.

Hand movements: Fluffing up our energetic body, creating a protective energy shield around us that will act as a filtration system. Allowing in those energies that are in alignment and keeping out those energies that are not.
