Hurricane Milton is a monster Category 5 storm as it moves through the Gulf of Mexico. Milton is expected to lessen in intensity before landfall on Florida's western coast Wednesday night but maintain major hurricane strength bringing up to 15 feet of storm surge to Tampa.
