Recipe:
warm milk 250 ml (1 cup)
Yeast 7 grams (1 heaped teaspoon)
Sugar 2 heaped tablespoons
Egg 1 piece
Egg white 1 pc
melted butter 35 grams (2 heaped tablespoons)
Wheat flour 550 grams (4.2 cups) cup 250 ml
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
To grease the dough and bowl, add 1 teaspoon of oil
Let the dough rest for 40 minutes
Divide the dough into 9 parts
Let the dough rest for another 10 minutes
Filling:
Sugar 2 tablespoons
Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
Brush with melted butter
Allow to rest for 5-6 minutes before baking
for greasing egg yolk and milk 1 tablespoon
Bake at 180℃ for 30 minutes
