In his keynote address at the Shangri-La Dialogue in Singapore, Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr spoke about rules-based order in the West Philippine Sea, also known as the South China Sea. He said the Philippines will do "whatever it takes" to protect its sovereignty.
