“1000 kg/h of a mixture containing 40% methanol (by mass) and 60% (by mass) water is distilled. Product streams leave the top and the bottom of the distillation column. The flowrate of the bottom stream is 623.656 kg/h, and the overhead stream contains 98% methanol by mass. What is the composition of the bottom product?”
