FRIED STRIPE BASS WITH TAMARIND SAUCE

INGREDIENTS:
1 lbs stripe bass, skin-on fillet, cut into 1 inch slices, or fish of your choice
Tempura flour or all-purpose flour
Veg. oil for frying

FISH SEASONING:
1\2 tsp Msg
1\2 tsp salt
1\4 tsp garlic powder
1\4 tsp onion powder
1\4 tsp white pepper
1\4 tsp Korean chili powder

TAMARIND SAUCE:
1\3 cup coconut sugar or palm sugar
1\3 cup tamarind water (Mix 1 heaping tbsp tamarind concentrate + water to make 1\3 cup)
2 tbsp fish sauce (3 crab brand)
Note: Add a little water if sauce thicken up too much

GARNISH:
Fried shallot
Sliced thai chilies
Cilantro leaves
