UASBR is also called Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket Reactor it is used to anaerobic Digester in waste water treatment UASBR act as biogas producing reactor UASBR may be vertical or horizontal shape water influent come to the Bottom side of UASBR Reactor and flow on upper side they contact with sludge bed and sludge balanket they contain anaerobic bacteria they breakdown to complex organic matter into simple and simple also brek into methane and carbon dioxide they called biogas they are collected in gas collection dome and move on flair stack and burn and remove after gas removing remaining effluent are coming to gutter channel they contain between gas collection dome effluent go to gutter channel and there overflow go to throgh pipe for aerobic treatment and sludge mixture Separating in bottom.
So UASBR Reactor three phase seppration system they separating gas liquid and solid
state.
