Here's my Underdark ice cream recipe for anyone who actually wants it (makes about 1 litre):

CUSTARD BASE
250g full cream milk
250g cream
100g caster sugar
4 large egg yolks
Pinch of salt

CHOCOLATE BASE
150g cream
30g unsweetened dutch processed cocoa powder
Roughly chopped dark chocolate melts
1tsp vanilla extract

MIX INS
Crushed double choc oreos (or similar)
Roughly chopped dark chocolate melts
1tsp olive oil

Look, I was gonna type out the rest but all the steps are in the video and I don't want to :(
