Kunji pathiri is a non-vegetarian dish prepared in Malabar style. Kuniji pathal also known as kunji pathiri, aana pathiri,aana pathal,kunji pidi,kakkarotti etc . It is an authentic recipe used in many different areas in Malabar Region. It is popular dish among the malabar people .
I will show you how to make the Kunjibpathal in an easiest method .

Ingredients for this recipe for six persons;
Rice flour
Coconut
Shallots
Water as needed
Salt as needed
Onion
Ginger, garlic, crushed
Green chilli
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Red chilli powder
Turmeric
Coriander powder
Garam masala
