Tenka Ippin" is a ramen restaurant that was founded 50 years ago in Kyoto and now has a nationwide chain in Japan.
I live in Tokyo now, but I was born and raised in Kyoto.
So I have been eating "Tenka Ippin" for a long time, and even now that I am in Tokyo, I sometimes go to eat at a nearby restaurant.
But maybe once every two times. I get sick the next day. But I want to eat it again soon. My favorite ramen.
It is a very peculiar ramen, so I don't often recommend it to others. However, I am sure that there are many enthusiastic fans of "Tenka Ippin" ramen in Japan, which does not fit into any of the categories of this "soy sauce," "miso," or "pork bone" ramen.
