Tips to maintain dosa tawa:
1. DO NOT Wash with soap/scrubber.
2. Do not keep tawa in water.
3. Season occasionally.
4. Rub the tawa with half onion before
making dosa - Reduce sticking & make
brown crispy dosa.
5. Apply oil & keep aside after each use.
6. Do not keep tawa in cabinet/closed place.
7. Keep tawa in open place.
8. Do not make chapathi in dosa tawa.
9. Use tamarind/coconut scrubber to
remove rust(Do not use steel scrubber)
