Did you know that Cedar Point has a Caribbean themed resort? This definitely gave us big Walt Disney World vibes so we just had to check it out!

If you are looking for an indoor entertainment option… Castaway Play is for you! This brand new indoor experience offers many different options for family fun!

In this video, we visited the NEWLY remodeled and transformed Castaway Bay Indoor Waterpark and Resort at Cedar Point ‪@CedarPointVideos‬ and experienced Castaway Play.
Castaway Play offers many different packages as a way to bundle experiences. We opted to play mini bowling. The bowling alley is a smaller version of the American classic, and does not require a shoe rental. The bowling balls are mini sized and are not heavy like traditional bowling balls. They offered a bumper bowling option. We had so much fun! It was a great alternative to regular bowling, perfect for kids or family members of all ages. We loved that the bowling balls were light and did not cause any back discomfort.

We also went to Gordy’s Mini-Golf adventure. After picking our clubs and golf balls, we ventured into the glow in the dark golf experience. After braving birds, sharks and docks we finished our golf game with lots of laughs. It was a great time!

Included in the Castaway Play area, there are some arcade games. The full arcade is located down the hall next to the Indoor Waterpark. We opted to play the games in the Castaway Play area, and won some candy in the claw machine.

Next, we did the Castaway Bay Escape room. It was a 30 minute experience, and we had the opportunity to do it without any other parties. The premise is that you are abandoned on an island and need to call the coast guard for a rescue. After a series of puzzles we managed to escape in the knick of time.

Overall, we had a fabulous time at Castaway Bay’s Castaway Play!! Ana now asks almost daily when we can go back. We certainly did not feel like we were in Ohio, but somewhere much more tropical. We cannot wait to visit again!
