Heyyy guys here’s a video I’ve been wanting to make forever for you. I had a lot of questions about it, if this would be something good to post or something I should just keep to myself. I guess shame about my struggles and wanting to keep it hidden.
I want to share my experiences with others who have the same. Who are in the same boat and feel this peculiar feeling. I know what it’s like to have everyone around you telling you your crazy and need to stop, but your brain tells you your fine. As long as you keep doing what your doing. Ed recovery is hard. Point blank. It’s one of the most hardest things I’ve had to experience. And I can tell y’all I’ve been through some shit. One the most important things in even starting recovery is acknowledging the fact that, yes you have a eating disorder, and yes you are sick. That is the very first step the voice in your head will try to wrap you with denial but opposite action is key.
I hope that anyone who is reading this right now will find freedom from their ed someday. Because it’s one the best feelings in the world. It’s scary but it isn’t a trap door. You get what you commit to, and that is freedom.

Life is worth living without a eating disorder, i can promise you that.

(I’ve been there love ♥️)
