Today, we have 4 hearings in a case with a couple where Mom refuses to respond to any of Dad’s
pleadings because she’s decided she doesn’t want custody of her daughter any more so she doesn’t
need to.


She says her daughter is a disrespectful “liar” and she wants nothing to do with her. She says she
refuses to have her daughter in her home and subject herself and her family to the “lies” any more
and she won’t be responding to any custody paperwork.


Dad’s lawyer says Mom’s husband has gone so far as to shoot at the process server when they tried to
serve her with documents.


Mom says he was trespassing.


What does the judge think?
