Hello, everyone! My name is Ellie, and I am doing my best with my husband to raise our children with their nutrition protected. I invite other meat-based mothers and experts in this field to talk about a topic that isn't discussed enough: the importance of eating whole, natural foods with an emphasis on fat and protein.
Mother Knows Best is a series for those interested in understanding the idea and implementing the lifestyle of meat-based eating for their families. Our children are born and bombarded by sugar, processed foods, and preservatives as soon as they enter this world.
Tonight, we have a mother who is a Carnivore and Trauma Health Coach, personal trainer, and nutritionist with a passion for helping people to overcome disordered eating and sugar addiction. She and her husband were told they would never be able to conceive and yet here they are with their new baby boy all thanks to the Carnivore diet.
