Sunset over Outlaw Cave Canyon outside Kaycee, Wyoming. GREAT, FREE CAMPSITE! Our favorite so far.

Take exit 254 for Kaycee from highway 90
West on highway 191 for 1 mile
Left onto highway 190W for a loooong 16 miles
Turn left onto Bar C road, you will see a sign for Middle Fork Powder River Management Area
You will drive for about 8 miles, some through private property of Hole-in-the-Wall ranch
Dispersed camping at Outlaw Cave Campground, stunning views
Recommend the Outlaw Cave Trail-- 1 mile RT hike down into the canyon and back out. Great for swimming and fishing.
