The village of Mizuo is located in the north-west of Kyoto city and the foot of Mt. Atago. Mizuo is known as the “birth place of yuzu cultivation in Japan.” Ground Water from Mt. Atago and the cool climate help grow the greatly aromatic quality Yuzu (citrus fruit).
