A camper is such an upscale step from a tent!
Opens up so many cooking/baking possibilities and yet I still like the one pan idea as in the video.
It is just a template as far as "recipe" goes. Don't get stuck on an ingredient, use what you have.
I don't shop with a "Menu" in mind.
What I roughly used here as I don't measure unless an intricate "Desert" are
Garlic, potatoes, tomato paste, red bell peppers, cooking oil, Kalamata olives and its brine, juice of one lemon,
coarse Dijon mustard, skinless boneless chicken legs, cilantro, green onions. I think that is about it...
