Exercise 1: Extroverted Sensing
*Take an apple and use all five senses to observe the apple.
*Right down as many concrete details as possible.

Exercise 2: Sign you name
Start with your dominant hand and sign your name.
Switch to your non-dominant hand and sign your name.
What did you notice?
How does the signature visually compare? Which looks more mature?
How much did you have to think about how to hold the pen?
How quickly or slowly did you sign your name?
How did it feel to use your preferred hand versus your non-preferred hand?
