This Video is a basic HIIT work out timer. I made this video mainly for myself because I wanted something simple with no music that I could just pull up and play when I do my workout in the morning. To use this video you need to pick 5 different exercises and you're going to do that exercise as many times as you can for 45 seconds and then rest for 15 seconds.
